Chrome extension for Amazon sellers

Free Amazon Image Downloader, Video & Review Exporter

AmzDL is a Chrome extension that downloads every image, video and review from an Amazon product page. One click puts the gallery, variants, A+ modules, videos and a reviews.xlsx into one folder named after the ASIN. Image downloads are free and unlimited.

  • Free plan, no card
  • Free sign-in, just an email
  • 20+ Amazon marketplaces
  • Downloads never touch our servers

The problem

Why download Amazon images, videos and reviews?

Sellers, agencies and researchers all need the same assets off a listing. An Amazon image downloader exists because Amazon renders that media but never gives you a file — here's what happens when you try by hand.

Right-click gives you the 500px preview

An Amazon image downloader is a browser extension that reads a product page and pulls the media Amazon renders but never offers as a file — the gallery, the colour and size variants, the A+ modules, the product videos, and the photos buyers attach to reviews. Amazon isn't trying to be an asset library, so there is no download button to click.

Right-click and Save gets you what the page painted: a 500px preview. The original sits behind a different URL, and to get at it by hand you would edit that URL yourself, once per image, for every colour and every size on the listing.

Video isn't a file — it's an HLS stream

Product video is worse, because there is nothing to right-click at all. Amazon serves it as an HLS stream: a manifest plus a few hundred numbered segments. Open the page source and search for .mp4 and you will not find one. That is why most people give up and screen-record, which costs them the resolution and leaves a cursor in the shot.

The reviews are where most downloaders stop

Then there are the reviews. Most extensions in this category will save the photos a buyer attached and export a CSV of image URLs, and stop there. The review text — the star, the title, the body, the variant it was actually written about — stays on the page for you to read ten at a time. That's the part AmzDL was built around, and the part it hands to an AI once it's out.

One thing no extension can do, this one included: reach reviews Amazon doesn't put on the page. If a listing only renders the top reviews to a logged-out visitor, that is what any tool sees, because it reads the same page you do.

Why AmzDL

Features of AmzDL

What AmzDL saves from a product page: HD images, product videos, and the full review stream as Excel — plus an AI pass no other Amazon downloader offers.

Free

Image Downloader (*.jpg)

Save the full gallery with AmzDL's image downloader — main shots, every colour and size variant, and the A+ modules — as HD originals up to 3000px instead of the 500px preview.

Pro

Video Downloader (*.mp4)

Rebuild Amazon's HLS stream into a real .mp4 with AmzDL's video downloader, at source quality, covering product videos, variant videos and creator clips. Prime Video isn't included.

Pro

Review Exporter (*.xlsx)

Export the whole review stream with AmzDL's review exporter — star, title, body, date, verified flag, variant and helpful votes — into one .xlsx alongside the listing details.

Pro

One-Click Bulk Download

Take every section of the listing at once with AmzDL's bulk download, filed into B0XXXXXXXX/ with main/, variants/, aplus/, videos/ and review-photos/ inside it — nothing to unzip, nothing to rename.

20+ Amazon Marketplaces

Run the same one click with AmzDL on 20+ Amazon marketplaces — .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .co.jp, .ca, .com.au and the rest — wherever you source or sell.

Pro

AI Review Analysis

Turn any review export into ranked complaint clusters with AmzDL's AI analysis, keeping product problems separate from listing problems because those two go to different people.

How it works

How does AmzDL work?

Three steps, about eight seconds. Nothing to paste, no ASIN to type, no folder to name.

  1. 1

    Install and pin AmzDL

Add it from the Chrome Web Store. It doesn't ask you to sign up before you can use it.

    A
  2. 2

    Open any Amazon listing

The icon lights up and the panel lists what it found: gallery and variant images, A+ modules, videos, and how many reviews are on the listing. Untick anything you don't want — if it guessed wrong about a variant, that's where you fix it.

    Click Download

Everything lands in one folder named after the ASIN, already split into main/, variants/, aplus/, videos/, review-photos/ and reviews.xlsx. Nothing to rename, nothing to sort.

A closer look

Built for Amazon sellers and agencies

From a single competitor teardown to a sixty-SKU launch, the same one click covers every job that starts with needing something off a listing.

    Amazon sellers & brand owners

You're going into a new category and need to see what the top twenty listings actually look like. Pull all twenty image sets in ten minutes, lay them out side by side, and find the angle nobody has shot yet.

    Agencies & design studios

The client sends an ASIN and says “match this.” Your designer gets a folder with the originals and the A+ modules in it, instead of a Slack thread of screenshots taken at whatever size someone's monitor happened to be.

The arithmetic

AmzDL saves 40 minutes per listing

Sourcing, listing and competitor research all start the same way: saving media by hand and copying reviews out ten at a time. Here's the arithmetic.

Where the time goes, per listing

TaskBy handWith AmzDL
Save gallery and variant images~12 min3 sec
Get the product videos~8 min, screen-recorded2 sec
Copy reviews into a spreadsheet~15 min3 sec
Rename and file everything~5 minautomatic
One listing, start to finish~40 min8 sec

Sixty listings a month is about 40 hours by hand. That's a full working week back. Both numbers are our own estimate — roughly 40 minutes a listing by hand against 8 seconds with AmzDL — not measured user data.

Hours spent per month

Our own estimate: ~40 minutes per listing by hand, 8 seconds with AmzDL.

The other two ways cost more

  • Nobody has to write code

Scraping APIs need an engineer, proxies, and a rewrite every time Amazon changes the page. AmzDL installs in the time it takes the kettle to boil.

  • One flat price, at any volume

Metered APIs bill per request, so the invoice grows exactly as fast as your catalogue does. AmzDL costs the same whether you pull ten listings a month or ten thousand.

  • It keeps working when Amazon changes

Amazon reshuffles its markup constantly. Keeping up with that is our job, not yours — updates ship through the Chrome Web Store without you doing anything.

Scraping APIs start around $30–$100 a month and rise with use. AmzDL is $0 to start, $7.99 a month after that, or $159.99 once if you'd rather stop thinking about it.

What Our Users Say

Here's what people say about AmzDL's image downloader, review exporter and AI analysis.

Sixty SKUs by Friday used to cost me the whole weekend on images alone. With AmzDL's bulk download the media is done before lunch and the folders are already named.
Tom BergstromOperations Lead · Vellum Commerce
AmzDL's image downloader is the first one that hands back the 3000px original instead of the preview the page shows you. My print proofs stopped coming out soft.
Elena MarshEcommerce Photographer · Kettleworth Studio
Three other extensions export a CSV of image URLs and call that a review export. AmzDL's review exporter gives me the actual text with the star, the date and the variant column.
Priya RaghavanProduct Manager · Halcyon Labs
My designers used to get screenshots pasted into Slack at whatever size. Now they get a folder named after the ASIN with the A+ modules already in their own subfolder.
Daniel WuCreative Director · Third Shelf Media
Same catalogue, five marketplaces, image sets quietly drifting apart. Pulling all five was a two-day job; with AmzDL it's something I do on Monday before the sync.
Kenji AokiCross-border Manager · Aoki Trading
What made me pay was running a competitor's 900 reviews through AmzDL's AI analysis and finding half their one-stars were about the packaging, not the product.
